started in 1938 and still going strong in there new building. They are very well khown for there generosity and quality work. Other drycleaners bring there problemed garments there to be cleaned. I have been going to Russell Heath Cleaners for over 20 years. Many actors,musicans, pro-sport players, city officals, police & fire departments, senators, and 3 United State's Presidents have had there clothing cleaned there and the list goes on.
I do not know why "dabba" gave a bad review but from her tone of language she mite have been rude to the cleaners.
My family and friends will alway refer people to go to Russell Heath Cleaners they are the "Bomb".…
Bad service...definitly don't take a wedding dress there!. I received a gift certificate and took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned. The woman at the counter quoted a price, a date and told me to save the certificate until I picked it up. A week after the dress was to be finished I went to pick it up. The owner looked panicked and asked if I needed it for the weekend. They hadn't even begun to clean it...a week after it was suppose to be finished (no phone call...nothing). He said it would be at least another week. When I finally went back to pick it up the owner had the nerve to tell me that the certificate didn't cover wedding dresses. I told him that I showed it before I even dropped off the dress and he finally gave in. Acted like he was doing me the big favor. Two weeks late on the dress, trying to get out of letting me use a gift certificate and he is doing me a favor! Very snotty and obviously doesn't care about service No wonder the place was empty the three times I went in there. Avoid!…
