I'd like to take this opportunity to withdraw my earlier review for Ultimate Car Toys in Dublin, CA. My complaint has been addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. They've changed their methods a bit and I feel confident that they'll be a much better shop for it.
Pros: They respond to complaints and have changed their methods for the better.

I was at the store Mar 7th getting one of our cars done. We were delayed too- One of the workers was sick -dont get sick in my car! We were pleased with the final outcome of vehicle and we will be getting more work done on our other vehicle.

I got a quote from Julian, the install guy, for $130 for amp installs on two cars and scheduled an appt. for 3/7/2008. On 3/7/2008 I call them to verify if I can still come down there. Apparently, Julian called in “sick” that day, and Keith (Sales Person) answered the phone. He said he would honor the price Julian quoted me, but told me to bring only CASH. Once I get down there, Keith immediately tries to persuade me to get more stuff done from them. He kept trying to raise the price on me. I informed him, I could take my cars somewhere else, if he isn't comfortable with the price. He said, no its ok, but he would do it for $150. TOTALLY TRYING TO SCAM ME! I reluctantly agreed, because I didn’t want them doing crappy work on my car. I dropped off one car, and he said pick it up in around 3 hrs. 3 hrs later I get there, and my car is still in the same parking spot!! They hadn't even touched it yet!! Keith started making excuses how he was JUST about to take it in, and that his installers went home 2 hrs ago. I told him he should have at least called me if the installers were gone, I wouldn’t have wasted my afternoon waiting in Dublin for my car. They had already tried to scam me before, so I told him I’m just going to take the car to another shop. Once I said I don’t want to get my install done from them, he started giving me attitude and swearing at me. “F--- this, and F--- that, and I don’t give S---“. How can you speak to customers like that!!! At this point I demanded to speak to the owner, and he wouldn’t let me! Finally he got the owner (Wilson, the Asian guy) on the phone, and Keith spoke to him privately, and then came back to tell me that the owner said, either get it done or leave!! I was so mad, his employee raised the price on me, didn’t work on my car, yelled at me and swore at me, and he tells ME to leave??!! These guys don’t care at ALL about their customers, they only want money, and in CASH!! WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS!!!
