Horrible. Due to language restrictions within the site I can not truly express my feeling on the topic of the Park Lafayette apartment complex. To paraphrase, I am very disappointed by the management's lack of organization, I am not impressed by the poor workmanship within the apartment, I am less than thrilled by the fact that I have to pay for water and garbage as a "community" bill (meaning each leased apartment pays the same amount), I am straight up mad that the maintenance man made a very rude comment to my Fiance. expletive this apartment and all the expletive expletive wrong with the expletive place, it's garbage. I forgot to mention, "Walking distance to BART" means it's almost 2 miles.…
