Try them....you'll really like their service and quality

GREAT SERVICE!! A couple of months ago my display on my Toshiba Satelite went out and I took it to New Dimension Service Solutions. They fixed my computer in a short time and at a very reasonable rate (better than Frys and Best Buy) The Staff was friendly and knows their stuff. Recently I had some configuration problems and since I'm from the older generation and not computer knowledgeable, I called NDSS and they had me talk to the Travis Cain, the owner. He helped me through my problem and even made a house call to help me configure my wireless network! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE and I would recommend New Dimensions Service Solution before any of the other computer Service companies.

Great Customer Service

If you want personalized service solutions then I suggest you take your computer here. I had an urgent computer service need over the holidays and the New Dimension staff gave me the comfort that the job would be done correctly and quickly. The front counter personnel were cordial and helpful during my stressful holidays and got my computer fixed and back to me before Christmas.

Great Customer Service

Recently I took my Toshiba Tecra M5 to New Dimension Service Solutions for a cracked LCD thinking the cost would be prohibited. To my surprise this highly professional company had me in and out the door in 3 days with pricing better than anyone else in the Bay area, believe me I researched a few other companies. Their customer service and professional attitude was truly refreshing and highly recommended, these guys know what they are doing and are top notch in the service industry?.

Go directly to the owner for service

After a terrible first (and second) impression, the owner of New Dimension stepped in and resolved the issues I had been having with their level of support and customer service. The owner has been working in the industry for 18+ years and understands what good customer service is. The same cannot be said for the others who work at New Dimension, and I strongly recommend that you avoid them.

• Cons: Incompetent techs who know nothing about customer service
