I am really glad I called. Maybe these other guys got them on a bad day. Never having cleaning service before I wasn't sure what to expect. I called around a few places to get an idea of price and what service they provide. Although they were a bit more than I was hoping to pay (they weren't the least expensive but they weren't the most expensive either) I decided to go with them because it seemed that they could do the things I want which is important to me. The girls arrived and were very polite and friendly. I showed them what I wanted and then they just went to it. I can tell you, I am really glad I went with them because the quality of service they provided was worth it and I definitely feel like I got my monies worth. My house sparkled when they were finished. I have already scheduled my next cleaning

I wish I would have read these reviews before using this cleaning service. First of all, the people who came over to clean my house were NOT prepared. They had to borrow a sponge from me and asked if they could use my cleaning products. After speaking with the owner, she said that they only provide cleaning products but use the home owner's rags, sponges, etc. (which still does't jive because they used all my products). Seriously? This is like going to a hair salon and having to bring your own scissors. I just moved into a brand new house and wanted 3 bathrooms thoroughly cleaned and some dusting done before the holidays and it took them 6 hours to clean 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I had to clean the whole first floor myself. The kicker is when I came home and went upstairs, there was a tupperware conatiner with left over food on my linen cabinets that did not belong to me. When I told the owner this, she claimed that in the X amount of years she'd been in the business she had never even HEARD of such a thing happening, and practically accused me of lying. The only semi decent thing she did was credit me for an hours work which means it only took 2 people 5 hours to dust 2 bedrooms and clean 2 bathrooms.

Pros: the areas that they did clean were done well

Cons: over priced, not done in a timley manner. customer satisfaction is not their main goal.

We used these goofs last year and it was an absolute disaster as they did not finish the house and just did a lousy job in addition to completely missing two rooms. Disputed charge as well and met with several phone calls and rambling emails from lunatic owner about how great they were and we must be making this whole thing up. Tip of the day is avoid these guys!!!

My experience was so unprofessional and unpleasant. The cleaning service damaged my brand new Ralph Lauren Comforter. I am also a business owner , and, I am in no way shape or form, out to pull a fast one on any business. All, I wanted was what was fair. The owner, Melissa and employee Dana were doubting my honesty, did not keep in contact to resolve the issue. Melissa was going to come and see the spread, she cancelled at the last minute again wasting my time as well. I then did not allow additional charges to my credit card because of my damaged spread and they went ahead anyway. The cleaning was O>K> Way Too Much Money For What Work Was Done. But Most Of All The Business Ethics of these people is obsurd and disgusting. Basically, I was hoping for a nice clean home I came home to a ruined new spread depleted bank account and, a not so clean house. I Do Not recommend At All.

they stink! Over charge and do a lousy job. Rude and argumentative when client was not happy. I have never had such poor service. Do not waste your money here
