Worst Waxing Ever, Aweful Customer Service

I have been waxing for the last 15 years and I have to say that this one was THE worst experience I have ever had in the last 15 years. The girl was inexperienced and she was nervous. I tried to be as nice as possible but I was in pain. I had rashes on my skin for the next 3-4 days and I could not were pants cuz it'd hurt. I have a person that I usually go to and she's great. I just had to go to them cuz my person was on vacation. Be careful, I gave you the warning.

You stated that our customer service was "aweful" and yet did not say one word of complaint to the esthetician or to our coordinator?? It's interesting that your negative review was posted the same day that a positive review was placed for another establishment. If our services ever fall below the highest standards we strive to rectify any problems immediately. I'm sorry that you stated that you could "not were pants cuz..." because our clients of 32 years do not share your experience. Please contact the office as soon as possible so that we can respond professionally to your concerns.
