My father bought me a gift card to this place and we came in an ordered a tree that they said they would get in next week. The next week we didn't hear a thing, until I called in and they said "next week". Well 4 weeks later still no word from them. I called in to speak to a manager and he basically said too bad, that's just the way it is and its our fault for wanting a hard tree to find! Then when he found we had a gift card - so he already had our money, he hung up. Unbelievable - because given their prices are 5x home depot you would think they would try to compete on customer service.
