Synergy is a great private personal training studio. I started working out with Mark, the owner. I was trying to get back into shape after having a baby. He was able to work around my busy schedule and I am happy to say that I was back in my regular clothes in 6 weeks. I have referred two other friends there as well. All the trainers there seem knowledgeable, so even if you can't train with Mark, you can't go wrong.
Pros: private facility, convenient location
