I went for a friends birthday party and was not disapointed. We had a rather large party of 15. We did RSVP for more, but some people did not show up, they waived the late cancelation fee for the no shows, which was really great of them. When we arrived we were immediately seated and they promptly took our drink orders. The entire staff was extremely friendly and not bashful at all, even though a few in our party were when they hostess got a little "friendly" with them. The drinks were delicious and the first round of food was braught to us within 10 minutes of being sat. During the appetizers the first 3 ladies went up on stage and entertained us with very entertaining and friendly dancing. Once we were all done with the appetizers they were allready taking a 2nd drink order and bringing out the entree's. The 2nd group of ladies up on stage were just as entertaining as the first. I would definately recomend visiting if you are looking for a VERY ENTERTAINING party spot. Keep an open mind because the ladies are more then they seem.
Pros: Entertaining ladies, prompt seating, food was great
Cons: Uncomfortable seating.

AsiaSF is about San Francisco diversity! This long-time hip spot wows the out-of-towners and satisfies the locals who want to have a good time. This place is a favorite for bachelorette parties - we were a party of 8 - having chosen the Platinum Menu (prix fix - $48/person), the food is tasty, though portions are petite - like most of the wait-staff. House Specialty drinks - named with a lot gusto - are $10, and mixed well. They charged us a cake-cutting fee and 20%-service; so the bill added up by the end of the night. Of course the show is what attracts and I agree, the "girls" beautiful. Afterwords, we headed downstairs for dancing - the DJ was great mixing up old school and the new tunes. AsiaSF is good for a great evening, if you have the 7:30pm seating, parking is not a problem.
Pros: Entertaining, playful ambiance
Cons: Costs, need RSVP for large parties

As visitors from LA, we wanted something fun & different for dinner. We decided to check out the place, due to a SF Weekly review. The food was well beyond our expectations. We started off with the chicken satay and steak salad; both excellent starters. Our second course was the filet mignon/medium well and salmon/with endame & black rice; great delicious portions. Ending it off with the pineapple cheesecake and banana bignet-AGAIN GREAT FOOD and portion! The show had a good vibe, filled with energy, and beautiful girls. Asia-SF is filled with all-around good service, especially since we were greeted by most of their staff. We can’t wait for the Asia LA to open!!!
Pros: Food & Friendly Staff
Cons: Uncomfortable seating (barstools)

What attracted us was that the VISA dine aroundtown for $31.95 dinner. so we called and made the reservation (and they ask for the credit card to make reservation, which i have never encountered) Problem is : they never told us about $31.95 deal does not apply to party 4+. so we have to order their so called "package".....$38/$48/$58 per person. so we decided to go with the $48 one as we assumed that $48 per person would give us enough food. Appertizer came, they gave us 3 places of tuna sashimi (6 pieces per dish), A total of 18 pieces split with 11 people who paid $48 per person ???? That means each of us will have 1.6XX pieces....wow. So we asked the waiter/waitress (u decide), and the answer we got is "wow, your math is pretty good then!" for the rest of the plates are the same: extremely small and we need to do the math to split amoung us. the show is so-so. nothing exciting at all. the most exciting part is them giving us the check: automatically 20% charge..... our bill ended up $810 for 11 of us. how exciting !?
Pros: NONE
Cons: bring lotsa cash or a high limit credit card.

It is unexpected good restaurant. Unique show and wonderful food. I mean if you are the birthday boy to be there, I can guarantee you would have a "fun" night.
Pros: appetizer: messels. and dessert choc cake
Cons: the lamp main course is a bit disappointing

We were celebrating my friends last night out. So we decide to do Asia SF. I had about 11 girls coming. All the girl raved on and on how much fun they had. I decided to purchase one of their bachelorette packages. We went with Asia SF- Sation package. It was so worth it!!! Noah from perfectpartyplans dot c o m ... help me out and made sure that everything went well. The entertainment was great, the food delicious. Trust me ladies, this is the place to have your or host your bachlorette party! Ask Noah you will not be disappointed!
Pros: easy planning, food, service
Cons: parking

I was the maid of honor and hosted my friend's bachelorette party here. Just having a few weeks before the date we had to plan this, Paul (from perfectpartyplans) did a great job by helping to set up all the schedule and reservations in time. Especially needing to accomadate everyone's costs yet not trying to lack any fun and excitement, AsiaSF made it a perfect place for all the fun at a great deal. Our package included eating dinner at Town's End, limo to AsiaSF for dancing, round of shots, Eden package for the bride, and list of free cover/no line clubs in the area. This is a great number of things we did and we all had a great time. Service at dinner was wonderful. It was a very fulfiling 3-course meal. Limo ride to Asia was great since we didn't take the short route. Giving us time to have our limo-fun and free spirit drinks. Arriving at Asia was great where we were greeted and host provided excellent service! Dancing at Asia is fun; although the music was not to our taste. The floor is quite small. But the nice bartenders and service is the reason to go. I would defnitely recommend to come here again, maybe for a birthday party. Although I didn't see the upstiars (dinner floor) with the shows; the bottom floor with dancing and shows were excellent! For this price, dinner + entertainment is definitely worth it!!!!
Pros: fun, service, shows

The food is better than average and given that there is no cover chare for the show, it is reasonably priced. Drinks are good and again well priced. The "girls" are all very attractive and good fun. We will be pleasantly surprised if you were expecting a "clip joint".
Pros: A different night out
Cons: Not for everyone

A little skeptical about this place before I tried it, but loved it afterwards. Was expecting the food to be unfilling, but it was very tasty and for 35, the prix fixe menu was quite nice. Ended up being stuffed! The show was very fun and I especially loved Trina - she's so sweet! A nice place for a girls night out, or to take your man out to, if he doesn't get skirmish around the "gender illusionists" :)... overall fun and I would go again!
Pros: the ladies & the show, the food
Cons: lack of male to female ratio :)

Recommended by the Banquet Manager at the W (awesome hotel, by the way) - we had a blast. The food was fantastic and I thought very reasonably priced. $38/pp for a 3-course dinner - compared to alot of the meals we ate while in SF, it was more food for the money BY FAR... and delicious! My friend and I shared the Tuna Sashimi and Asia-dilla appetizers followed by the Miso Salmon and Sansho Filet Mignon that melted in your mouth - then had the Warm Chocolate Cake and Pineapple Cheesecake for dessert... every single thing was INCREDIBLE! Carlos was our bartender, too (I think we sat next to that last reviewer!) - he was great - so personable with everyone - the drinks were YUMMY - my friend had the Pomegranate Mojito, I stuck to the regular Mojito - both were delicious. Carlos was busy busy busy all night, but never too busy to stop and take pictures for customers - and even stop the servers to pose in pictures WITH customers! Which brings me to the servers... who are also the entertainment... these "gender illusionists" (they don't like the term "drag queen" - apparently there's a difference - oops!) were STUNNINGLY beautiful. They were great dancers with great bodies and kept the crowd involved. I wish I could post pictures here for you!! Asia SF was fantastic and I will definitely be telling all my friends who visit SF to add it to their MUST DO list!!
Pros: Food, Entertainment, Atmosphere
Cons: Crowded, Hot
