I agree with the other review. There is very little leg room in the balcony seats but most theatres in SF are like that regardless of where u sit. When the actors are at the edge of the stage, it is difficult to see & u will need to lean forward to see. But what can you do if you want to see a Broadway show, you have to come here. the metal stairs to exit from the balcony are very shaky and with so many people on it, I'm always afraid it's going to fall! i went to see les mis the other nite, i was seated near the aisle, saw my friend coming in and she came up to give me a hug, the usher started saying "no, no stop that, go sit down!" to my friend. i guess they should add "No Hugging Allowed" on the tickets!
Pros: shows
Cons: seats, views, prices

Second Row Balcony and not cheap seats- couldn't see the Subtitles unless I leaned all the way forward due to the strings of lights in the way on stage. Basically, couldn't watch the stage and read at the same time. Not to mention my feet falling asleep from being scrunched in tiny steep rows of the balcony level. Even if we decided not to try to read what was happening, the heat was unbearable. We left after 30 minutes- hot, sore, and angry at the loss.
Cons: crowded, hot, disappointing
