This company is one of the fastest and best service provider that I have used. They were on time as scheduled and answered all the questions that I have in terms of navigating through the new systems that I have purchased. I am one happy customer and will definitely call them back if I have any problems with the phone system in the future.

Wow! What an awesome service? I have never been able to get that kind of services since the opening of our business 18 years ago. The technician was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The services were excellent and also very reliable in terms of promising the time to get the phone back in service in record time. Thank you Transtel for saving our day.

The greatest service I have ever received from a telephone company. I am 100% satisfied and I highly recommended their service to anyone who is looking for great service. The technician was fast and reliable. Telephone calls are the stores top priority services since we are in a fast food take out business and having a telephone company that you can count on really saves the day. Thank you very much Transtel.

My telephone went dead and I was frantic and lose control of myself since I am in the delivery business. The phone plays a very important part of my business in order for the business to run smoothly. I started to thumb through the yellow page and started to call whatever comes my way and since this was on a late Saturday evening and the phone service people are either not working or close for the day. However, when I called Transtel, the technician first guide me through to see if I can fix the problem myself to avoid having to pay for his service of coming to check on the problems. The technician was great and courteous but I just couldn't get my phone to work due to trouble with the phone system. The technician assured me that he will be right over in an hour but he showed up to my door in half an hour and was able to find the problem to the phone system and fix it right there. He was a great savior for my business and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs fast and reliable service. Thank your very much for saving the day! Amanda Baker
