Poorly managed, poor comminucation, and poor service. Add extra service to your phone plan without been told. I tried to call the shop many times in a day and no one answered the phone. I had to make a trip to his shop to talk to him about my phone plan. what kind of service is that? Please avoid.

Owner is very generous with free accessories and awesome follow-up services. Helpful staffs, I will refer my friends to this place.
