I sincerely apologize to PTWF for their bad experience. We have over 30 massage therapists on staff. Many of our therapists also have their own businesses and/or work at other businesses. Also every single therapist has gone through a full one year training program for massage therapy and is fully licensed. If a therapist is not reviewed positively by customers we try to work with the therapist to help them improve. If reviews don't improve they are terminated. We also encourage a relationship between client and therapist so the therapist gets a bonus every time they are requested. In addition, our entire management team is comprised of experienced and fully licensed massage therapists who passionately care about improving our clients' lives through therapeutic massage. I invite PTWF to call the clinic and ask for me, the owner, so we can discuss what went wrong. I want every single customer to have a good experience as does all of my staff. We constantly evaluate every therapist and front desk person based on customer feedback and we do have many many very satisfied customers.
