The experience at Branchar and Lewis is one I will never forget (and I've been to plenty of spas) and I will be going back...SOON. I have already booked my return appointment. This is the place I will go to unless I am out of town !!! I will be telling my friends, co-workers and family about the spa. The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable, very well groomed and there is no pressure to purchase products (but I did). G-R-E-A-T customer service. The beauty products are to die for and you won't believe the merchandise. You can do one-stop shopping there. I understand they will do bridal parties, you can have meetings there while getting treated. While there, you can enjoy the best coffee, tea. The owner really has good taste. She has a good eye for the interior design of the spa, merchandise, it's very relaxing, good music to your liking in each room and the shower...I've never seen one so BIG!!! And yes fellas...you can get a massage without the fear of rolling off the bed...they are W-I-D-E and very, very comfortable. I had a facial, pedicure and massage. My goodness...the best, the best, the best!!! There is no hounding to purchase. I will be going back to shop for a handbag and jewelry. Mother's Day is coming as well as birthdays and just because days. Men, this is the place to go...
Pros: The entire experience
Cons: Non

I haven't had that good a massage in over a decade. The massage was great, the shower after was relaxing and the shampoo (which is sold there) I didn't want to wash out is smelled so nice. I have not come acros the product lines sold at Branchar & Lewis before but am now a convert to the elegant , rich quality. The hard question is what to buy first! I can't wait to go back for a pedicure. OH! And the service was very attentive and friendly. I felt soooo comfortable.
Pros: The service, friendliness, quality of products, comfort.
Cons: It's a bit of a journey from the East Bay.
