I was arrested for domestic violence earlier this year. What happened was my wife and I got in a shouting match over money issues. I didn't hurt her, but I did push her away when she started throwing things at me. I regret doing this very much. She called the police and they arrested me. I have a good job in programming and was very scared that i might get fired. I wasn't sure who to talk to, but my immigration attorney who helped me get a green card referred me to my attorney Rabin Nabizadeh. Rabin got the charges dismissed and I didn't have to do the anger management classes that they originally wanted me to do. Needless to say, I would recommend this firm to anyone in a similar situation.
Pros: great result
Cons: it took much longer than I thought

I am ashamed to say that I received a DUI three months ago after having a few too many beers after work and driving home. I didn't feel tipsy and drove under control. But, I was pulled over and given a breath test. Needless to say, I spent one of the worst nights of my life in the drunk tank. Until that point, I had never had a run in with the SFPD and didn't know what to do. I was reluctant to tell friends or relatives about my mess so I searched on the internet and found these guys. One of their attorneys scheduled an appointment with me and explained that I should fight it.. I was sceptical and assumed that I would be guilty because of the breath test readout. The good news was that after my police report came back they found that my breath test result was close to the legal limit. My attorney has connections with the DAs office and negotiated with them to get my case dropped to a wet reckless. This is much better than having a DUI. I am glad that I hired these guys and will never drink and drive again.

I just want to say thank you guys. I am so glad I didn’t stick with the public defender who was going to let me plead guilty. Now I have a clean record. It was worth the extra money. I wouid recomend your law firm. Thank you.

This is a worst law firm ever. They would take your money first and leave you on your own. Not professional service at all. Avoid them for all cost. If you made a mistake and hired them - run away as soon as possible.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything is bad. They just interested in your money. They would not defense you at all.
