Butterfly Skin Studio is amazing! Sheila is lovely and talented. They always run on time and make you feel welcome. It's the gentlest wax ever- Butterfly is bliss!

You need to try Butterfly Studio. Especially for the bikini wax. I saw her pretty sign while driving by. I read the reviews of all the other places. I was nervous to go somewhere new, but I needed to get a bikini wax. Sometimes I put off going in because it's almost always uncomfortable. This was the first time after years of waxing that I felt compelled to write and tell everyone I know about this place. I don't know if there is a pain reliever pumped into the ventilation. Or the wax, or the technique she uses, but it truly was nearly pain free. I wouldn't believe it either if it hadn't happened to me. I didn't break out either! Not one ingrown hair. She doesn't ask you to get into awkward positions. She's sweet and the studio is gorgeous. I'd give this place six stars if I could. It really is that good.

I often look forward to my waxing appointments because Butterfly Skin Studio is a haven of warmth, relaxation, friendliness and female comraderie while maintaining a high-level of professionalism and quality. I am assured that my skincare needs will be taken care of with the utmost attention to personalized details and other accomodations (i.e., a warm table to lay on with appropriate background music, if desired.) Throughout the years, I continue to return to the owner, Sheila, because the overall quality of her services provided meets, if not exceeds, my waxing expectations. Price is reasonable; scheduling is never a problem; location of the studio is excellent; parking is never an issue. Plus, she is always trying to improve her services for her clientele...now THAT'S customer service!

Pros: ambience; parking; customer service; prices; skincare products.

Have you ever gone to a salon to get a wax and you leave with hair left that you have to painstakingly pluck out yourself? Well you don't have to do that anymore. I just came back from getting a lip wax from ButterflySkinStudio and I can honestly say that it was the best I've had....and I've had A LOT. Sheila took the time to actually make sure all of the hair I wanted gone was gone. No stragglers! Accuracy is not the only thing that appealed to me, however. I was ushered over to a heated, soft table to be waxed on instead of those hard, uncomfortable booths found in most salons, which was an immediate plus. On top of that, the wax she used made the event virtually painless. It's not the traditional heated wax with the strips of canvas, but an entirely different method. It was just applied to my skin, allowed a couple of seconds to set in, and then was removed. When she pulled the first strip, I didn't even think that she had removed any hair, but then I took a closer look and the hair was gone. I was impressed and I'm sure any one else who goes there will be too. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a wax that is worth it!

This was my very first wax experience and it was a definite 10. Affordable, COMFORTABLE, and a good conversation to boot! I would definetely recommend this place to anyone.

The owner of Butterful Skin Studio uses an innovative, French technique for waxing that makes the experience much more tolerable than any wax I have ever had. Great service and very affordable! I will never go to any other place!

I've had many, many facials from many, many places/ people and nothing compares to the treatment at Butterfly Skin Studio. From the moment I walk in the door I begin to relax and feel nurtured. During a facial, there is not a moment that I am not receiving - I am never left alone to "steam" - while steaming or while a mask sets I am receiving the best massage (if only it could be full body!) The products are all amazing - try a blueberry smoothie for your face! Butterfly's facials are so good that I actually wake myself up w/ my own snoring during the treatment! Once you experience these facials you will NEVER go anywhere else again! I also receive regular brow wax and tint and wll not let anyone else touch my brows ever again! They are simply the best!
