Chabot Telecom Solutions repaired our voice mail for one quarter of the cost of 3 other vendor quotes that just wanted to sell us a brand new voice mail system. This company is not afraid to open up a PC or solder a part on a card or inside a telephone to repair. They have become our new vendor.

They do provide good service and are willing to repair/replace parts instead of trying to sell us a whole new piece of equipment. They replaced the chassis in our voice mail.

They later did data cabling for us that was very reasonably priced and completed on time.

• Pros: They have a policy to repair and not to replace equipment only as a last resort. Good prices and product selection.

Chabot Telecom came through in a crisis, excellent service and very patient, on time

We had a crisis a few months ago: Our phone system and voice mail were out of service. The tech arrived within one hour and had the correct replacement part (power supply) The phones were back on in a very short time. The voice mail system had some problems he did some investigating and fixed a problem with the program and hardware.

We have had an ongoing relationship from August 2006.

I will stay with them for the long term.

The company is fast and efficient. They guide you step by step through the phone system process and assist in understanding the operations. The company provided an exceptionally cost to value product that allows my company to function in a much more efficient manner. The company came through on their word, providing an installation date and time and unlike so many other companies, met both deadlines.
