Kay is highly professional and takes genuine interest in her clients and facilitates their well-being. She has excellent listening skills which she uses to assist her clients. The experience is very positive and provides tools that lead to personal growth. The sessions produce a feeling of peace and relaxation. The recordings made at each session enable clients to recreate session dynamics. I am very enthusiastic about Kay and her methodology and believe that it has a wide range of applications such as alleviating the negative impact of emotions such as grief, assistance with "letting go" of negative experiences or help with goal achievement.
