Pleasant little spa and helpful people at the front desk. The person who did my facial could have used a bit more polish ( personally I don't like being called "beautiful" and "darling") Overall the facial was just OK, the pedicure definitely better! Nice neighbourhood resource - with easy parking! - and just fine unless you are looking for a resort spa.

Pros: Convenient, excellent parking, nice front desk

Cons: Some therapists better than others

I have been going to Spa Luxe for over 5 months now. It is very convenient to me, since I live in the area, however after experiencing their services, I would actually drive a distance to get there. My main problem is my skin. I have been cursed with Cystic Acne since I was 9 years old. After years of visiting a Dermatologist, I was fortunate enough to have out grown the acne, but am embarrased by my acne scars. As corny and trite as this may sound, "Spa Luxe has changed my life!!". For the first time in 40 years, I actually can look in the mirror and like what I see. Rita, who works at Spa Luxe has introduced me to a line of cleansers, etc and treatments that are amazing. She is caring, calm and welcoming and the very BEST at what she does. I have visited many Spas' in the past, but SPA LUXE out shines them all. THANK YOU RITA AND THE OTHR STAFF AT SPA LUXE IN REDWOOD SHORES.

I was so glad to find this spa. The staff is GREAT, very professional and courteous. I got the Luxe package and added the bath ritual all for $240, which is very reasonable for an upscale spa. I will most definitely be going back soon. :-)

Pros: easy to find, no hassel with parking and great professional service

This is a fabulous spa for an indulgent little get away. The reception area is packed with interesting items you can buy, but you won't stay there for long. The friendly staff will take you away to the inviting changing room and then you will relax in the relaxation room. The relaxation room is secluded and beautiful with comfy chairs and chaise loungers. There is a nice assortment of refreshments. I had a facial and it was one of the best facials I've ever received. The technician was just incredible. She made helpful suggestions without pushing the products. The entire staff is friendly and fun. I highly recommend this spa!

I just moved to the area and my skin wasn't reacting well to the new climate. I needed a facialist that could rebalance my delicate skin and help stop the breakouts. When I called Spa Luxe to make and appointment, Roger, the co-owner was so kind and helped me make an appointment for right away. Tanya my facialist was so funny and the facial was relaxing. There was no sales pressure and she made me feel beautiful. My skin felt amazing and its still glowing three days later! I've never had a better spa experience.

Pros: Easy to find, Ample parking, Intelligent/helpful service, Amazing atmosphere, Good value

I had the best pedicure with Rita and she did my waxing too. The pedicure was the best I ever had in a strikingly beautiful room and in a chair that supports the back and you lie back and can fall asleep. It was great and so relaxing. The owners and staff are so warm and welcoming and they provide vast services in this beautiful environment. I hate to think that they are going to get so booked that I won't get an appointment but I want to share this find. It's really an unusual place where they are concerned about your experience as well as very professional and skilled. They have beauty products that they really know about and are available. You will love the environment, the people and the services. I sure did .

The people on the phone were sweet and they were even nicer in person. I had a mens facial and Kim was very knowledgable and put me instantly at ease. I'm telling many of my tech friends about this place...convenient and first class.

SPA LUXE IS MY NEWEST FIND! I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM MELISSA AT THE FRONT DESK TO ROGER THE OWNER. I HAD A FACIAL AND SOME WAXING WITH LAUREN, SHE WAS GREAT! I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF IN MY APPOINTMENT SHE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ABOUT MY SKIN AND INFORMED ME ON HOW TO BETTER CARE FOR IT. THEN SHE STARTED THE FACIAL...WOW! I MEAN IT WOW!!!!!!!! I WAS SO RELAXED...IT HAS BEEN 4 DAYS SINCE MY FACIAL AND MY SKIN STILL FEELS GREAT TO THE TOUCH AND LOOKS DEWY AND FRESH. I ALSO HAD MY EYE BROWS SHAPPED DURING THE SERVICE. MY HUSBAND EVEN COMPLIMENTED ME ON THEM...NOW FOR HIM TO NOTICE MEANS A LOT. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I WILL SEE YOU ALL SOON. T.B.

This new spa is absolutely awesome! The location is convenient, the facilities are gorgeous, and the staff is outstanding. My facial with Kimberly was the best I've ever had and I really enjoyed the Moroccan Mud treatment I had with Roger, one of the owners. I highly recommend this place and I intend to go back very soon -- maybe bring my sister there for a little pampering on her birthday!

I popped into luxe because I deperately needed my eyebrows waxed and live very close by. This girl named Kim was able to take me in just a minute and although I was hesitant to try a new person, the people at the front assured me that she was very good. I love them! Asian brows are often hard to do and to shape - at least mymine are, but Kim did an awesome job. My brows have never looked so good! I booked a facial with her too because her touch was so gentle and nurturing. It didn't even hurt!

Pros: not snobby

Cons: had to wait awhile to pay - it was busy.
