the service is so slow, it has been more than A WEEK since I send my computer to their store, it is not worth it if you need your computer to be fix quickly.
Pros: it is easy to find the store
Cons: the service is too slow

My heart almost stopped when one of my hard drives burned out with all the data on it. That was a big disaster for my home business. I took my computer to three different places including BestBuy, none of them was able to recover the data, but Techsavies were very different in the minute I walked in; they were very professional, and very understanding. They spent enough time explaining the problem to me and all the possibilities to solve it. They were able to recover my data in less than 48 hours. Since then Techsavies has been handling all my computers needs. They have made some great suggestions that saved me money and improved my business. And now they are building a new website for my business. I really recommend them to any business.

If you have ever had to ask for help from the tech support department of a big box store -- I feel your pain. Those "geeks" and "firedogs" are not very helpful. The exact opposite is true for Techsavies. It's a small shop, but very easy to find. The customer service is excellent. I have made a point to return to the shop to ask a small question now and again, just to see if the level of service is consistant, and it was.
Pros: Easy to find, friendly and honest service, fair rates
Cons: none!

These guys know definitely know what they are doing. The guy in the shop was very personable and patiently answered all the questions I had for him. I would definitely go back.
Pros: Very knowledgable and courteous.
Cons: Parking can be a little tight, and it's metered.
