I absolutely love that I don't have to travel to their shop! It is great to be able to work or continue activities at home while my car is being taken care of by their mobile tech. They are professional, prompt and have reasonable prices. I like that I know exactly how much I can expect to spend BEFORE the service is even scheduled.

I've had Shawn work on my 97 E420 several times, and I can say without hesitation that I no longer dread getting my car fixed, wondering what the dealer is going to take me for this time. From oil changes, to dead batteries, to broken windows. He does it all. Not only is he a very friendly and easy going, him coming to me is unbelievably convenient.
I do NOT miss going to the local MB dealer. Thanks Shawn!

Called for a quote after previous experience with a dealer cost me an arm and a leg. Price was exact, service was fast, came home to do the job and came back to bring a missing spare part. Friendly, courteous, professional and true to his word. Shawn knows his MBs and charges reasonable prices. Well worth considering for repairs or maintenance without any hassle or extra costs.
- Pros: Came home to do the repair. Kept me aware of a schedule change.

Unbelievable service: FRiendly. Fast. Efficient. Inexpensive. All this means I am a repeat customer. Shawn knows his Benzes. I can't say enough about how great this experience was. Will definitely use again. The competition will have no chance! Thanks again!

Shawn provides a great service. He was timely, very polite, highly knowledgeable, and very clean. The service we recieved from the Workshop was comparable to the service we were quoted on at MB of Oakland, but at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend the Workshop MB to anyone.
I'll keep coming back!
