Butterfly Life has taken the Curves for Women concept to the next level. Upgraded thirty minute circuit, aerobic classes, group exercise, nutrition, psychology, fashion all under one roof. If you want to loose weight fast you should definately check out a butterfly life club!!!

Pros: inexpensive, classes, weigh loss
