Very friendly and professional personnel.Pricing wasn't bad either, specially with the free pickup deal. I thought my notebook was history but some how these guys resuscitated it ;-).
Pros: Professionals and Fast Turn-around time. They pick-up your computer free of charge!

Fast response, very professional. We called in the morning and someone called back within less than 2 hours, I was amazed :-). We had a virus and a very slow PC ( I was about to throw it out the window). My PC is running faster and free of viruses. Thanks guys! M. Yoshida
