We've tried several IT companies before, we could not get what our money worth. Until we contracted Blue Bay Networks to do the job, and boy! were we lucky. We sincerely appreciate their experience and unprecedented services. We highly reccommend Blue Bay Networks.

I have a small-medium sized office, with ten PCs. We suddenly had an issue with our OS, which our own IT department could not resolve. Called several independent IT companies, but eventually settled on Blue Bay because of a referral by a business affiliate. Arrived promptly, worked on the problem until issues resolved. Was VERY straight forward with respect to descriping the problem and costs. Would highly recommend for small to large issues or projects. Was so happy with service that contracted with them for a complete system overhaul.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for your exceptional customer service and technical skills. You responded almost immediately and attacked the problem until it was resolved. This was nothing short of amazing considering the software vendor themselves were unable to troubleshoot their own software as well as you did. Within a matter of days it was obvious it would not be necessary to do the costly conversion. It was also obvious we had found a new network administrator and consultant. I am sure you have many other satisfied clients, as this is the natural by product of the level of service you provide. Keep up the good work.
