Best massages I've ever had - let alone in San Francisco. The people that work here are exceptional human beings and make customer service a key reason why so many people keep coming back. They gave my company a great corporate discount and I was instantly hooked - I've also referred numerous people and even handed out their business cards. The practitioners are very educated and they are great listeners - with their ears and their hands! Don't miss out on such a wonderful place! I highly recommend seeing Rodney - he's incredible at what he does! Tim also comes highly recommended by coworkers and friends. Enjoy!
Pros: Service, Quality of Massage, Instant Results / Healing from Massage, Well-Educated Practitions, Parking
Cons: None

I love this place! The staff know how to fix every ache and pain. I often go here after I have tweaked something at acrobat class and any pain magically goes away! The staff is all wonderful and very comfortable to work with.
Pros: Awesome, knowledgeable staff
Cons: none!

Psoas gives the best massage I have ever had anywhere and I've had quick a few. The owners of Psoas are professional, highly skilled and passionate about their work. They are also very friendly. I have been going to Psaos 3 -4 times a month for almost a year. Jenny was able to loosen my frozen shoulder and give me pain free movement for the first time in 15 years. I highly recommend Psoas every chance I get. They are the best - hands down!!
Pros: Always on time, professional, great atmosphere (not a day spa, but a serious bodywork facilitiy), friendly, best massage anywhere
Cons: None

Scott and Tim are both musicians, so they "get it." I recently started working with Tim, who is unraveling some decades-old injuries. As a result, I'm more fit to play every day. Nina Jo Smith, GuitarGrrrl
Pros: Knowledge, skill, results
Cons: NA

I went to see both Scott and Jenny and either way received massages that changed my week. I used to be a strong athlete but have suffered at the hands of injuries and at 29 found myself in a lot of pain daily. Jenny and Scott did wonders for that and actually loosened up muscles around an old back injury that made a huge difference. I have neglected injuries for years and as a result have some irreversible damage but they have removed a large chunk of the pain from daily life for me. I was most impressed though when one day while working on my legs , Scott told me to go and see a doctor immediately and refused to work on me further. He said that my calfs were pooling. I went to the doctor and right enough I had a heart arrhythmia. I ended up having minor surgery and I am now able to resume treatment. Believe me when I say , these are the most knowledgeable massage therapists / physios that I have worked with and that includes professional sports.
Pros: knowledgeable, interested staff, parking

Nora is a miracle worker. I first went to see her because I had a hip injury and wasn't able to continue my training for a marathon. Nora had me back on my feet in no time! She worked out the pain in my hip (which no one else was able to do). That was a year ago and I have continued to see her on a regular basis. I love to run but I do not do any cross training, don't take yoga, etc., but I do visit Nora. I continue to run injury free and I owe it to her!
Pros: Easy to get to and free parking!

Brian is amazing. I have been battling a running injury for over a year and a half, and he has taken me from having to use the scooter cart at Safeway to walking 12 blocks to the farmer's market and back. As other reviewers have said, this is not a spa -- It has all the comforts of one, but without the froof. Psoas is about comprehensive healing. Brian has used at least four different types of massage during my two months of treatment with him, and, more importantly, has helped to guide me through the process, letting me know what obstacles might come up and how to deal with them. Brian is a HEALER, and more than just physically. Brian is helping me tackle the larger issues that have prolonged my injury -- his bodywork is improving my life in so many ways. Best of all, he is incredibly flexible and works my schedule -- now he's even offering treatments on Sundays!
Pros: Validated parking, accessible hours, highly skilled staff

Scott is fantastic. After as few as three sessions I felt more pain relief for my chronic back problems than I had in years of physical therapy and chiropractic care combined. I can't tell you what a profound difference this has made for me, the relief is something I had all but given up on. Scott is a very talented individual, a healer and just a very nice guy.

Jenny is phenomenal. I pulled my hamstring two years ago and she is the only person who has been able to provide some relief - including physical therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, Jenny is diligent about learning new techniques and applying them when appropriate. She is also clearly dedicated to her clients. Someone like Jenny is a rare find and I feel lucky to have found her!
Pros: knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated
Cons: credit cards not acce
