We had gotten along ok as a business during our first couple of years but as we grew we found that we needed professional help - the last straw was when we spent - well lets just say it was way too much - on a guy who was a friend of a friend moonlighting from his day job - we got something that was way overbuilt, way too complicated and unreliable to boot. I found these guys through a business roundtable I belong to and it went just like you would hope. They did an assessment, presented a clean project and long term road map which we agreed to and then they executed as promised - on time on budget and great service since then.
