I had a horrible experience here. I had an interview at 9am and I waited until 9:30 for a clipboard of everything anyone has ever needed to know about me. RIDICULOUS. Why would a potential employer need to know every place I have lived for the past 10 years?? Thats absurd. It took forever, and then they make you watch this lame video about questions you may have. Then, they send you into a room to wait for someone to talk to. Waited another half hour. Then this guy comes in and goes over everything I wrote down, and everything the video discussed. Do they think we are mentally ill or stupid? Why everything again?? Then they made me take tests on Excel and Word. I apparently did not do well enough on Excel, so I had to take a tutorial and then take the test again. (This is even after I said I didnt want a job doing data entry, and I got a satisfactory grade on the Excel test.) Then, and this is where I started to lose it, I waited an hour to talk to ANOTHER person. It was 1:30 at this point. She comes in, looks over my resume for one minute tops, and then says, "Okay great, I just wanted to put a face to a name." I was furious. After all that, they only ever called me for one temping position. I arrived to a locked door and had to wait in the cold for someone to come. When I got there, no one even knew I was supposed to be temping!! They had no idea, and could not find my "supervisor". It is hard enough going through a job search without people like this jerking you around. If you want temp work, go to Alan J Blair. They are small enough to pay attention to you and treat you like a human, not cattle. I would never, ever recommend this branch of Kelley to anyone.

Pros: tests and tutorials for computer skills

Cons: Everything else.
