Disorganized & Rude Hotel Staff. I stayed here for the CA Bar Exam and was unpleasantly surprised about the disorganized and rude staff. I was told I could check-in early because I requested an early check-in, however each time I tried to checked in, I was told a different time in which I could check in. In the end although the rooms were supposed to be ready at 3pm, I had to wait until 5pm. The reason is b/c they Pre-Assigned rooms to the guests. B/c I was pre-assigned a room, even though tons of other similar rooms had become available during my 5 hr wait, I had to wait until MY specific room was available. I suggest not staying at this hotel for the bar.…
