Worst Spa Experience in My Life!

There is no way this place should even have the name "spa" in it - it was awful! The service was terrible on both the wrap and facial, including but not limited to the rude demeanor and lack of professionalism by the staff, the remodeling going on in the same room as the treatments, and the fact that I left with irraited and raw skin that lasted for days right before my wedding. I have been to a number of spas, and this by far is the worst. The treatments seemed like they were performed by folks who have never had any training, and the sessions were consistently interrupted by construction folks walking through the rooms. I was very disappointed and expected much more from a spa on Solano Avenue. Stay away!

We would like to apologize for any discomfort you may have experienced. Although we wish you had said something when asked. Although there seems to have been a mix-up. We have no remodeling going on. The new Spa was completed in June, 2007. We don't recall anyone being rude to you as it is not necessary. Our only objective, as it has been for the last 27 years, is the best service. We know that no everyone will be entirely pleased with everything. But we continually ask if our clients are comfortable, if the wraps are too tight, etc. Had we known something was irritating you, we would have corrected it immediately. Body wraps are not relaxing. You are wrapped and you work out for an hour. We've done this for over 15 years. We invite you to come again and let us show you why we were the first spa on Solano Ave and have been here since 1981. We take our business seriously. Our policy is if services aren't done to your satisfaction, we do them over until you're pleased. We stand by it!
