My partner love's jewelry and Edelweiss has been one of her favorites since it opened. Recently, we had another good experience and she purchased a lovely art deco style pendant. This is a wonderful store and the owner makes some beautiful, quality jewelry. My wife has a necklace, bracelet and other jewelry al from this store. SHe also loves the ability to create her own unique pieces by working with the owner/manufacturer. Highly recommended--check it out.

I really, really wish that I had had a decent experience with Edelweiss Jewelers. It was/is so bad that when I look at my engagement ring I feel frustrated not happy.... The ring was way overpriced (our fault for buying it - I know) but the quality has turned out to be beyond shabby. The setting fell apart.... the diamonds are cloudy... and another jeweler advised me not to wear it until I have costly repairs done. How does this place stay in business? I guess blissed out in-love suckers like us pay their huge prices for inferior jewelry and then have no recourse... Avoid this place!

I brought two wedding rings in; both needed inscriptions. After three weeks wihtout a call, I called to check and was told they'd be ready that Saturday. They only have one ring done, and she tries to tell me that the other ring wasn't supposed to be engraved. I whip put my receipt (which is a carbon, she has original) and there they are, the instructions. So sorry! I'll have it done by Tuesday. I go on Tuesday, and she tells me, oops, haven't had a minute. I'll have it tomorrow. Wouldn't you know it-- we call to make sure, and they aren't ready. I got the ring that day, and now it's being engraved somewhere else. HUGE waste of my time, and when I mentioned this to coworkers, TWO of them told me horror stories which mirrored mine. Do yourself a favor--skip this place.
