Soggy Pizzza
by maudi
Good pizza if you don't know anything about pizza. Mostly students here, those who are on a budget. But every time I have gone, the pizza is always soggy, something is wrong with it.
- Pros: cheap eats
- Cons: bad pizza
Good Pizza if You Know Nothing About Pizza
by couldnt
And what do most college kids and bar hoppers know about pizza? Absolutely nothing. There are frozen pizzas that are more legitimate.
- Pros: If you don't mind that you like lousey pizza, here you go
- Cons: Not worth the 3 dollars a slice because it's that bad
Something Wrong with It
by reagent611
I left Berkeley more than a year ago. I missed Blondie's a lot, which was my favorite pizza place. I insisted to go Blondie's again during my short visit back to Berkeley this week. I took a friend there today. But this time, its pizza and staff disappointed me.
The guy at the counter never gave my change back, and insisted that he already gave it back to me. Besides, he charged me two soda while I ordered one. Frankly speaking, although there are more fruit and salad to buy at Blondie's, the taste of the pizza disappointed me also. It was outstanding, but is below average now. I will forget about this place, and suggest my friends to pay by credit card at Blondie's.
- Pros: Used to be good
- Cons: Food and Service
Great Pizza
by jasontar
This place has the best slices of pizza I've ever tasted. I've had it 3 times a day before. After work, I stop buy for a slice of cheese. They occasionally have my favorite, "hawaiin", and so I get that, but the reason I go is the high quality cheese on the pizza. The pizza prices are a bit elevated, going for $3 a slice, but when the pizza comes right out of the oven, the price is well worth it. I often go with friends, but if I have a compulsion to go buy a slice of blondies pizza, I will definetly go buy some.

Small restaurant serves huge slices of pizza at affordable prices and is usually bustling with meat lovers and vegetarians.
The Ultimate Hangout
by sunsetsurfer
This is the ultimate hangout. Whenever I would come to the city, I do my best to make it here for at least one slice. Great place to meet people! Is downtown and near clubs so you could eat and jam without looking for another parking space. The pizza is very highly recommended.
- Pros: great hangout, downtown, pizza
- Cons: lack of tables, long line, parking
Late Night Slice
by fungineer
If you're looking for something great to eat while up late, this is perfect. It's a walk-in and grab a slick kind of place. With a few tables, you can usually find a seat, but when crowded, expect to stand. What I like most is the late night hours. 1:30 (I think) on weekdays and 2:00 on Fri. Sat.
- Pros: Open late, $3.50 slice/soda, Funky atmosphere
- Cons: Not for children, Pan handlers, Can be cold
One slice is all you need
by gloriahui
each individual slice is very generous - one is really all you'll need. The daily specials is the best valued but everything is of great value there, just can't go wrong with anything.
- Pros: great value, fast service
- Cons: long line
Simply the best
by Balkar
As the title says it all. It's simply the best. Period
- Pros: Inexpensive, Good Parking, Taste Good
- Cons: Can't think of any
the biggest slice on earth
by etranger
this is the all time best value for a slice and a soda. Furthermore, the restaurants are always urban college town cool, a bit grimy in a good way, and each is unique.
