La Vite has my vote. We have been going to La Vite for years and have had several parties in their Banquet room also. Their tomato bisque soup, The hot bread and the delicious dipping sauce need an special mention. We have never had a bad meal in this restaurant and the service is always superb.

This is the best Italian restaurant.
I would give La Vite , A+, for their excellent food and service. I just had my wedding rehearsal dinner there and all my guests were raving about their well decorated banquet room and the food and service.
I highly recommend La Vite for Large parties.

This is like home. La Vite ( formely called Garlic Di Pasta) is the best place to eat in the East Bay. The food is great, customer service is super, and the setting is perfect for any occasion.

Classy Pasta House. If you are up for pasta, Garlic di Pasta is the place to go. The prices are reasonable, the menu is extensive and the food is great.

Best Pasta on the 680 corridor. Garlic di Pasta has the best pasta in Pleasanton! The service is great and the food is superb. If you are looking for a great place to eat and want to enjpy the company that you are with, I would definitely say, Go to Garlic di PAsta

What a great restaurant. I have enjoyed visiting this place for a long time and have always enjoyed the great atmosphere, delicious food and their friendly service. As soon as you are sitted, hot sourdough bread with Balsamic is brough to your table, the service is prompt and friendly and the prices very reasonable. They have a great selection of wines also. It is the best place to take your friends, enjoy a nice meal and not feeling heavy in your pocket.

Best Italian food in Town!. Garlic Di Pasta is an excellent Restaurant. They treat each customer like a family member and if anything their tables are full because of how many people love their food. The waitress are friendly and the owner makes sure every customer gets what they need. They have been in business here for over 10 years and they are truly worth it. Excellent Taste, Excellent Drinks, what more could you ask for. You want the best food in Town GO HERE! You won't be disappointed.

Horrible Customer Service.
I am very angry as I write this review. I have been speaking back and forth with the owner of this location for few days now, and had booked a reservation for my birthday party this weekend. First of all, I had plainly stated the number of people attending my event from the very beginning, and was given information in regards to the menu items I was choosing, only to have all the information changed (and not in a good way) 2 days later. Despite that, I decided to still hold my event there and booked the date. Now I receive an email from the owner stating that my reservation has been cancelled due to the restaurant just booking a much larger party, saying that he needed the room.
I have already given all the information to the members of my party; I now have to find a new location for an event just days away, due to an unprofessional establishment that decides to double book and cancel due to something more profitable. I find that VERY unethical; the fact remains that I had booked and should not have been bumped. I will NOT attempt to visit this facility again!!
DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT HOLDING A PRIVATE EVENT THERE!! They do not care for their customers!!

Our banquet facility holds about 60 people and i already had a reservation on that day for 30. the lady who wrote the compalint did not want dinner and only appetizers. First for 25 people and later was changed to 15 people. it clearly mentions in our web site that you need to have at least 25 people and at the same time the party that already booked the room increased so they were in need of more space. i tried to explain the situation to her and offered for her to have appetizers in the main dining room but she had just made up his mind to be resentful.
Our restaurant has been in operation for ten years and we have always enjoyed positive comments and reviews from our guest. We believe in trying to make guests leave our restaurant happy at any cost but unfortunatly the above case did not try to undersrtand the situation.

Great Food.
Wow! Yum! I went here for a company Christmas party and it was GREAT!
The atmostphere was quite pleasing, we were in the banquet area which was very attractive. I noticed the regular dining area as we entered, it looked like a romantic place to take that someone special. Marble pillars, candlelight, etc.
I had:
Scampi di Capra---Prawns in a Creamy Goat cheese sauce, with fresh Asparagus, Basil, and Sun-dried Tomatoes over Fettuccine...
It was very nice, the asparagus was cooked just right and so were the Prawns. There was so much food I ended up taking part of it home for dinner. They also serve one of my other favorite dishes, which.. I have not tried there yet:
Chicken Jerusalem---Slices of Chicken breast in a Lemon, Dijon Mustard sauce with Artichoke hearts, Mushrooms, and fresh Basil over Spaghetti...
