I used these guys to do a major remodle of my pool. My landscape guy told me not to but I did anyway. I have never been more sorry about a contractor in my life. Once the ink is on the contract, they no longer comunicate with you. Then you find out that your sales person is an indpendent contractor and can not help you. I thought becuase they were the only contractor for peble tec that I should use them for the whole job. This was my major mistake. Besides bad comunications thier stone work is very poor. Then I find out that they contract a lot of the work out to other contractors and do not stand behind it.

I am telling everyone I know that wants pool work done to stay far away from Adams Pool Solutions.

Poor customer service and follow thru

Incredibly disappointed and wish we would have asked around about other people's experiences before using Adams Pool. After running into problems with them not having our equipment working correctly and providing the documentation we found out several friends had similar experiences. It took us over 3 months and finally contacting Adams subcontractors to get our issue straightened out. Also, the landscape designer we tried to hire refused to work with us because we were using Adams Pools.

• Pros: They were priced in the middle of all the contractors we received bids from and their sales personnel were good
• Cons: They installed the equipment then had no accountability for the problems resulting from poor workmanship. Denied the issues until we contacted their subcontractor to come out and fix the issues.
