Rude- Completely Lacks Customer Service.
Rude & Inflexible. I requested my delivery to be delivered by 2:30 PM, and was told it could not, and would not be done. I ordered an over $80.00 cookie arrangement for my husband to be delivered at work on Valentine's Day. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, and without a phone call or an explanation. I have contacted the store and the CEO at corporate headquarters via phone and fax, and have had absolutely NO reply.
I would completely avoid doing business with them, and find something else to send.

Cute idea, but a rip off. . .. Cute idea, but a definate rip off. $60 for 7 cookies. By the time they are delivered they fall off the stick. They charge you $8 for a cardboard box that doesn't offer any more protection to the cookies. I requested a certain container, came with their cheepo standard one yet still got charged for the upgraded one. Called the manager and all she could do is say you were told about the "set up" fee. I guess I just expected more than a cardboard box for $8 extra!
