Best Seafood in San Leandro, CA. Ernie's is a mid-sized mexican seafood restaurant near a mini mall & hospital. Their fried catfish is my favorite so far. Meals are reasonably priced for the amount of food served and come with a choice of rice or dessert. You may have to wait a little bit before you are served but it's worth it.
