I highly recommend this place for anybody who wishes to to learn self-defense and get a great workout. Plus, all of the instructors are very intelligent and highly motivated.

The best kicks

As I was watching classes at Pallens Martial Arts I was able to see the joy in the students eyes. They all look like they were having a lot of fun. I always thought of karate as a hard core sport, but after watching one class I noticed that it is fun and not all about beating people up. You can learn discipline and a lot of respect. The San Leandro instructor is great with children, teens, and adults so try it out. You won't regret it.
