Effleurage day spa & massage Therapy. I wanted to treat my fiance to a couple of hours at this spa. Because of all of the bad reviews I won't be making an appointment.

service is great. we've been going to this place for the past 2 years or so now and i've been pretty happy with them so far. the people are very friendly. i've been trying different masseuse and am now going to the same person for deep tissue massage. i love the heated blankets and comfy bed. the rooms are quiet and dimly lit so you immediately feel relaxed as soon as you lie down. i've tried other places (even hotels in hawaii) and i find this place just as good if not better not to mention cheaper. i always seem to end up coming back here. i would give hem a 5 but sometimes they forget to plug in the electric blanket, other than that, the service is excellent!

Inconsistent service. I have been to this spa a few times for massage and the whirlpool mineral bath. First time I went there I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to let me in. Services that day were good, but having to wait to get in, not OK. Second time I went my massage therapist was awful...he seemed to think a massage was all about how fast and how much area you could cover in one stroke. No focusing on specific areas at all, not really even a massage, more of a rub down. Not relaxining in the least, he didn't listen to my requests or information I gave him about problem areas. This spa could be really nice, but they need to work on the quality of their therapists.

Unhappy Birthday. I surprised my mom with a massage and facial for her birthday at this spa, first there appointment schedule was messed up. So in order to fix her schedule my moms facial and massage were cut short by about 20 min! This isn't the customers fault why should we have to give up what we have paid for. I was very unhappy with their poor quality customer service, I won't be returning to this spa.

You should get what you pay for. Just came from this day spa, massage was rushed and the therapist never even asked if the pressure what to soft or to hard. Facial was incomplete. Customer service was very slim at best and I was kept waiting in the massage room for over 15 minutes. I would NOT reccomend this place!
