Slow service and short measures. Nice beers and loads of big screens. Slow service and mediocre food. The show stopper for me is that they systematically serve short measures; for example if you order Hoegaarden, it says on the menu that you are ordering a pint (and the bill confirms that you are being charged for a pint) but the drink comes in a 33cL glass, which isn't much more than a half pint. When challenged on this the servers will point out that it is their policy to do this. This is why I don't go there any more.

Great Sports Bar. I was visiting the area and wanted to watch the Steeler game on Sunday. I headed down here after refusing to pay a cover charge at a bar down the street. It was wonderful, there were plenty of TV's showing the game and we were promptly seated. I had and the Monterrey Chicken Sandwich and the garlic fries, they were great. The waitress was so sweet and so nice. I will definitely go back there when I am back in the area.

Wonderful. Everything is great, been to this one and the one in Dublin. Fish Pie is to die for.

San Leandro gets a little piece of Britain with traditional grub, imported drafts and numerous TVs for sports fans.. In Short
Dark-green carpet, mahogany tables and chairs, and wood wall paneling create a warm atmosphere at this cozy British pub. Sports enthusiasts watch NBA, NFL, NHL and college teams duel with the competition on 15 television monitors and a big screen. More than 86 imported and microbrewery ales and beers are available on tap, and the menu has items cooked in beer. Traditional selections include bangers and mash and fish-and-chips.

Hidden gem. This a very solid English bar with good pub fare. If it was in San Francisco it would packed all the time as it is it does pretty nicely. Great spot for east bay sports. Very large selection of UK beers.
