Great way to rent DVD, Blue Ray..... Staff are friendly. I understand that some staff have specific job duties to do for specific days, like 1 staff is only doing video check out while the other are putting that yellow thing to each dvd/blue ray and on to the shelf, this is kewl but wot Ive noticed is that some staff esp those african american staff, their window is closed or "next register" and they maybe 1 or 2 people inline for vid check out, they will not open that register, however, if its a black customer comes in, there are no waiting inline for them, they go directly to that closed register and be help. I dont think its the staff's fault, i think these black customers, they want equal rights, but want preferential treatment if and when with another black staff, no manners if they are cutting inline.

That older, short latina woman will just ignore you.
