Bad customer service and attitude.
I went to Verizon to see why my phone wouldn't charge. The many employees were playing around and paid no attention to me. There were seven kids (employees) at the customer service area playing computer games.
Finally, someone took me and said I needed a new phone, took my mailing info, and said that it would come the next day.
The phone never arrived. Several days later, I called to find out they never ordered my new phone. They are so busy playing and flirting and they have no interest in customer service.
