TERRIBLE SERVICE and ruined clothes. I have been going to this cleaner for many years and have finally decided to move on. Their results with my clothes have varied over the years but I contnued to go there because of the convenience. They have broken buttons, pressed slacks the wrong way, apply way too much starch but I kept going. I am now finished with them. Recently they cleaned a dress shirt and it came back with spots, apparently from fading. Initially they blamed the manufacturer of the shirt and then offered to pay me 60% of the value if I could produce a receipt. This was an expensive, high quality shirt that they ruined. The owner was rude, unreasonable, defensive and clearly not interested in keeping a customer who had been using their services for over 10 years. Absolutely terrible customer service and low quality in general.

do not go here- they damaged prom dress. this was a really bad experience and Hannah didn't even say sorry for ruining my niece's prom dress that my daughter borrowed...

they are not friendly or professional
