Excellent customer service when buying a car. I bought a car from the folks at Signer tonight and came away not only satisfied with the customer service in the sales area, but also got a great deal. Having read another post severly critical of the non-sales service, I felt that the need to jprovide my personal perspective as experienced this evening with Jason, Richard and the owner Mr. Signer. Do not service you car there, find another dealer. Signer does not know what Customer Service means. I dropped off my car on Thursday morning at 8am with a promise to be done the same day. By 3pm I called and left a message. I called again at 4pm and the service guy said it will be done the next day. The car is still under warranty, so I requested a loaner, they said they don't have any, but I can pay to rent one. The next day, same thing. They called at 4pm, saying it will be until Monday. Its Monday at 3:30, no calls from them yet. Its been 5 days, I don't know what's going on or when my car will be done (this was supposed to be a 1.5 hour job). This really sucks. I've been without a car for 5 days. I will never bring my car in for service here again.…
