10 stars!. I walked into site for sore eyes there was this gentleman he name was Joseph I remember correctly. he helped me with picking up the write glasses for me. not only that but he made sure that I will get my glasses on time, because i was travelling in a week to Arizona. he promised me that my glasses will be ready in 2 days, and before the 3rd day he personally called me to let me know that they are ready for pick up. awesome customer service. I will ...go back there because of him.. I rate you Joseph 10 stars :)

Very enthusiastic. Doctor Young is very enthusiastic and helpful when checking patient eyes. She makes sure she gets all the details about your eyes, making sure she doesn't miss anything.

What a deal!. the customer service is much more pleasant... and are really nice and accommodating. During my last visit, the CSR (Hosai?) even offered free solution (three boxes!) upon my purchase of contact lens. What a deal!
