Tips for My Thai Restaurant

best thai food in fremont. This is my first time here. I went there last Sunday around 8 p.m. The restaurant was busy and full of Indian. I had to wait for the table at least 15 min. But waiting for the table is nothing, the food is so delicious. I ordered Phad thai, Tom Yum, Chicken Satay. I don't mind about waiting for the food because the restaurant was busy. I totally understand. I will go there again but earlier, since I don't want to wait.

I crave the Basil Chicken here!. I live in SJ and work in the East Bay and I am lucky to have discovered My Thai. Sometimes I crave the basil chicken so bad I am tempted to make the drive up on a Saturday. When they say 'HOT' they do mean business, so take caution. Also- this place has zero ambiance. It's extremely clean, it's just a little dark and the strip mall it is located in is very old and 'blah'. It's all about the kind service and seriously tasty food. I highly reccommend this place. Not sure what is up with the really bad review...? I'm very picky and I say it's REALLY GOOD!

Awesome spice and flavor. The food at My Thai is terrific. They have a wide variety of dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. My favorite is Chili pepper eggplant w/pork. A lot of thai places have mild flavor and so-so spice, but My Thai can do both extremely well. I love spicy food and I order my dishes "medium" spicy. If you like flavor but not much heat, I'd recommend ordering it "mild".

I'm surprised one reviewer said he threw the food away. I just had lunch there yesterday and made sure I took my doggy bag home so I could have the great meal again for lunch today. The flavors were still great as leftovers.

The food is extremely bad. Since Thai food is my favourite international food, I know that their food tasted pretty bad. The meat was very bad, it was all dark meat. I ordered two dishes, which I could barely eat and threw away the leftovers.

Overpriced and Overrated. Just came back from a meal at the highly rated My Thai - service, if you can call it that, was abyssmal. The food was average - the Banh Thai in the Fremont Hub has better food IMHO and better ambience - another thing that this place did not have. Was very crowded though - not sure why, maybe because of these high ratings here.

good food, good value. the food here was really awesome. this restaurant changed my opinion on thai food completely. my favorite dish is the drunken noodles. i don't know if it's a traditional thai dish because i haven't seen it at other thai restaurants, but it's so good! my thai also had great service considering how crowded the restaurant was. the place was packed, but we never felt neglected! it was definitely worth the wait.

Spicy Thai with Lots of Flavor. The best Thai food ever--if you like it spicy! The spring rolls are delicious. The Pad Thai, Pad Ped and Yellow Curry dishes are fantastic.

King of Thai is better!. We used to dine in this place. But since it got so expensive and not worthy, we changed place to King of Thai in SF.

If you want Thai food in Fremont area, I guess this restaurant offers food better than other restaurants. But the price is expensive! The Pad Thai is in small portion with $$. We never eat in that place again for 2 years now.

Perfect Thai Food!. This is the best Thai restaurants in Bay Area. You like spicy hot food...This is the best place to dine. Although there is a little wait time during weekends..it is a real worthy wait.
