Run by idiots. I went to this bar with my wife and a friend. It was crowded and the bartenders were just randomly helping people clearly not having any idea on how to serve a crowded bar. I finally got one round, had a beer and joined my group. A half hour later I went back to the bar and waited in amongst a clearly belligerent and drunk college crowd. I waited patiently near the bar for like 20 minutes when the bouncer came up and asked me to step outside. Not having any idea what he wanted, I went, and he told me I was too drunk. I had one beer! They are always understaffed and the service is horrible every time Ive been in there, you can't get a drink unless you're a buddy of the bartender, and if they get a little busy, they throw out everybody but their friends. They are idiots.

It's a bar. There's not much to say about the Round Up. Sitting in this bar you forget that you're in affluent Lafayette. Rustic decor make this look like a place you might find up in Northern California's smallest towns. However, the place can go off.
