THIEF!!!. I took my dog in and when I arrived she asked what I wanted done - I said "everything, ears, nails clipped - everything". When I got my dog home I looked my dog over as she only appeared to have been washed! She had only been WASHED and hair was barely clipped around her eyes, ears still had hair in them and nails were not clipped. She charged me $65 for giving my dog basically just a bath!
