I have been a client of Deja Blue for YEARS! I love it here its such welcoming enviorment that me and my entire family love to come to. Recently there has been a few new additions to their staff which have made this my go to place and also is the reason for my review after all these years.

First off their new nail technician sarah is AMAZING I love glitter and shimmer and she does the most amazing creative nails imaginable. Plus she is great with children my daughter is constantly asking when can I go see sarah again its too cute.

Next Taylor whom mI havent had wax me yet but I did have a facial done and let me tell you the most relaxing thing ever. Plus you leave with your skin absolutely glowing.

And finally the hair staff has been with me for years! Marisl & Danielle both have done mine my daughters and my sisters color and cuts and I will never go to any again. Of course my daughters is just a cut no color but to have found a stylist with the patience to cut a 3 year old who taks your ear off is like hitting the jackpot. And Marisol is awesome at mens cuts. My husband comes in every two weeks just for marisol. We will be life long clients of Deja Blue!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I don't mean to be mean but here's how it went. For the last 10 years I trusted only one hair stylist but I figure why not see what’s out there… for a change. So I called to make an appt for a gray touch up (had them since 18). Arrived 10 min before the appt to find two customers already booked for the same time. So, I was attended to an hour late. Stylist said my gray hair was white so it would take 45min to process. However, when the dye was being applied, she mentioned my hair was dry that the color was just taking in. She mentioned she would throw in deep conditioning which they normally do with colors. The timer was then set for 45 mins., she went home to find her missing keys. She called in and asked if my timer went off and to say she’s on her way back which then turned to be another 15 mins. That’s total of 1 hr. Only to be rinsed off with scolding HOT water. Then to deep conditioning for 15 mins which timer went off about 5 mins, I wasn’t going to stay any longer, I just want out. Finally rinsed off and to be dried when she put my hair up and asked “HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT CUT? WHAT!!!? I DID NOT WANT A HAIR CUT. She then proceeded to dry with HOT air and to make the matter worst, the steel hairbrush she used was scrapping my scalp… OUCH!!! Whatever happened to establishing a good relationship with a potential long term customer? At the end the deep conditioning wasn’t free. I’m so stupid, I even left her a tip. Needless to say this is the first and last.
