Worst service ever

My 50" Panasonic Plasma TV has been out of service since mid October. NO HELP from VIDEO ONLY on getting repairs. they suggusted that I buy the "new" more expensive 1080 p model.

Don'y buy anything from video only !

PS it's 12/10/07 and I still have not had my TV repaired.

• Pros: Cheap prices
• Cons: Horrible customer service Good luck if something breaks

There was a suspicious story about them being robbed twice, then sales man left invoice at home, the delivery of the tv took over 3 weeks, with lots of various stories to explain. prices are good but activity is suspicious. Unless you pick what you buy up when you purchase it, Id be careful
