Poor Customer Service. I had service from Just Water Heaters, Hayward back in Nov. 2006. I accidently made duplicate payments to them. I called and faxed cancelled checks to prove my duplicate payment & requested a refund from them. They never returned my calls, nor did they sent me a refund check.
