Hello Citysearch ! I want to give a little insight of how wonderful the past 2 years has been here at Spartan Royal Apartments. The new management for one is terrific. The Manager 'Maribel' is passionate about what she does and she always handles issues in the most professional manner. The management does a real good job because I love how the apartment courtyard, pool area, and parking lot is always clean and properly maintained. The best part about living here would have to be the amenities. The on site laundry mat is well kept, the farmers market on Saturdays is a 5 minute walk away, the BART station is a 5 - 10 minute walk away, B Street and all its festivities are all near by as well. On top of all this, I have not had any problems with any other tenants or residents here. Everyone is very friendly and open to a smile and small talk. The noise level on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the loudest I would give the weekdays a 2 - 4 and on weekends maybe a 3 - 6 noise level. Yes, surprisingly it is very quiet here and as a college student I am thankful for that because I love peace and silence when I am studying. Overall, my experience living here at Spartan Royal Apartments has been great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

spartain royal. SPARTAIN ROYAL my experience living here is horrible the first week i moved in they lost my deposit of 1100 dollars and this was during the week my mom passed away they told me that if i did not replace the money order whenever i move out i will not get my deposit back. they also have a bug problem little brown termite bugs that come out of the cabinets. they are not very nice managment people they have attitudes very demanding and rude and nosey they charge 20 to unlock the door if you lock your self out the parking is all screwed up they had me move my car to three different stalls already since i been here the patios are filled with junk they send out letters and people dont listnen and move there garbage off the patios it jus sits there the laundry room closes at 9pm this is not the place for me and i cant wait until my lease is up n three monthes. horrible!!!
